It was a pleasure to meet with many of the parents during parent/teacher interviews on Thursday and Friday.  I look forward to meeting with others throughout next week.  Students will be asked to reflect on their Progress Report next week and to consider the following (as these were a common trend in our class community of learners):
  • Daily reading at home and at school
  • In class (at home as needed) task completion (both online and paper & pencil tasks)
  • Self Advocating, Risk Taking, Asking Questions
  • Contributing member of your own learning (and the learning of others)
This week our class learned to create an informational PSA in order to share a message about a local action that concerns them.  We also finalized our personal educational mission statement that will guide you as life long learners.  Have a great weekend :o)

Use this weekend to catch up and finalize on going and past due work.
