MATH: "Math is Everywhere".  Complete the Entrance Pass sheet and place it in the Entrance Bin located on the shelf by the class door by PAST DUE

*Field Trips forms + Acknowledgement & Release form for 2016 World Cup of History

* Class Supplies (5 duo tangs, pencil crayons, pencil, eraser, one package of bond paper, 2 boxes of tissues, USB key, headphones/ear buds)
